The SINGCEER control system is equipped with SiCAT, a proprietary data acquisition and control configuration software, and utilizes advanced edge computing technology. It features both read and write capabilities and is primarily used for production line control and data acquisition.
It can seamlessly integrate with MES systems via OpenAPI or MQ protocols to directly transmit acquired data, work orders, recipes, and work instructions to production line control terminals. Process recipes can be directly loaded into the production line PLC, enabling end-to-end service.
