Empowering Cable Manufacturing with State-of-the-Art Equipment

Fast extrusion speed

Fully Automated Packaging Production Solutions

Leveraging advanced packaging technology from Italy’s EFAF and through continuous refinement and independent innovation, SINGCHEER has successfully developed several fully automated packaging production lines that offer industry-leading competitiveness.

The PAQ series fully automatic cable coiling and packaging production line is suitable for fully automatic coiling of cables with cross-sectional areas ranging from 1.5 to 240 mm². It can be flexibly adapted to various packaging formats, including hollow film wrapping, fully enclosed film wrapping, and box packaging, with a maximum production capacity of 4 rolls per minute. The PAZ series dual-reel fully automatic packaging production line is designed for cables with a wire diameter of 25 mm or less. When paired with reels ranging from 250 to 800 mm in diameter, it enables highly efficient fully automatic reel packaging, with a maximum operating speed of 1,000 m/min.

These two product series not only enhance packaging efficiency and automation but also provide reliable equipment support for cable manufacturers to optimize production processes and reduce overall costs.

Coiled hollow packaging

The line consists of a cross-winding machine, a spark machine, a 260-type coiler, a bundling machine, a sleeve-type sealing, cutting, and shrinking machine, a labeling machine, an automatic layer-stacking machine, and a pallet wrapping machine.

Full-wrap packaging

The system consists of a cross-winding machine, a spark machine, an automatic coiler, a sleeve-type shrink wrapper, a label applicator, an automatic layer stacker, and a pallet wrapper.

Packaged in rolls and boxes

The system consists of a cross-winding machine, a spark machine, a 260-type coiler, a fully automatic carton packaging machine, a labeling machine, an automatic layer stacking machine, and a pallet wrapping machine. Controlled by a 12-inch HMI and a 1200 PLC, it is a cost-effective coiling, cartoning, and palletizing system.

Spool packaging

The production line consists of a powered pay-off machine, a vertical wire storage machine, a spark tester, a meter counter, a wire reel storage area, a positioning device, a 350 fully automatic take-up machine, a wire reel wrapping machine, a labeling machine, a three-axis robotic arm, a pallet storage and conveying system, and a cardboard storage and pallet wrapping machine. It is controlled by a 12-inch HMI and a 1200 PLC.

Fully Automatic Spool Rewinding

The system consists of a power-driven pay-off unit, a wire storage unit, a spark tester, a meter counter, a wire reel storage area, a positioning device, a fully automatic take-up unit, and a wire reel wrapping machine. The unit is controlled by a 12-inch HMI and a 1200 PLC.

Coiled wire packaging

It is primarily used for the fully automated processes of wrapping and palletizing cables after they have been coiled.
