The production line supports single-color and dual-color insulation extrusion, and is compatible with various pay-off methods, including reel pay-off and frame pay-off. It is equipped with a four-way straightening table to ensure conductor flatness, thereby enhancing product precision from the source.
The core strength of our production lines lies in the dual focus on high-efficiency production and rigorous quality control. To meet a wide range of production needs, we offer various solutions, including high-speed and medium-speed options. Our high-speed production lines operate at a maximum speed of 1,500 m/min, while the medium-speed solution operates at a maximum speed of 500 m/min. These are paired with dual-layer cooling water tanks and low-tension multi-rotation spray tanks to ensure uniform cooling of the insulation material and prevent stretching during high-speed traction. Real-time wire diameter detection at the cooling end maintains concentricity of ≥95%. Combined with continuous monitoring via high-frequency spark testers, profilometers, and bidirectional diameter gauges, any anomalies are immediately detected, preventing non-conforming products from leaving the production line.
The intelligent configuration is better suited to the needs of modern factories. Production lines can be equipped with inkjet printers or multi-head printers, which integrate with the meter counter and the take-up unit to automatically cut the thread and change reels at the designated mark, ensuring no numbering errors. Both the take-up and pay-off units can interface with AGVs, laying the foundation for the factory’s smart logistics upgrade.
